Organized sponsored hackathons with corporate sponsors AWS, Google, Miro, PostNL, OutSystems, and Boncode. Managed the relationship with the tech community: pre-event communication, on-site support, and post-event follow-up. Led strategic partner acquisition from scratch: negotiation, brand activations, and sponsor coordination throughout the events. Built AI tools to make the process easier and faster.

As co-owner of this web agency, I led a team of four developers and served as the primary client point of contact from initial brief through delivery and follow-up. I scoped projects, managed expectations, and kept accounts aligned throughout the cycle, from kickoff to ship. My responsibilities included conducting code reviews, improving code quality, and refining project structure to ensure maintainability and consistency across the team's output.

CMIS Group is an overarching organization surrounding several major mortgage advisory agencies. I was responsible for creating and designing content across various media, including social media content, banners, flyers, posters, and animations.

Contributed to the visibility of VVD Rotterdam in their upcoming campaign by designing a range of digital and print media, including social media content, vlogs, banners, flyers, posters, and animations.

Responsible for creating designs for the largest political party in the Netherlands. My biggest achievement was my banner campaign, which had over 52 million views.
